Manufacturing process

  1. High-standard meat is selected, trimmed and cut into thin slices.

  2. The meat is then placed in marinade made according to a secret recipe.

  3. Afterwards the meat is manually spread on grates.

  4. The meat slices are dried for several hours at different temperatures and then naturally smoked.

  5. The next step is mechanical cutting and weighing on a vibration scale, placing in bags together with an oxygen absorber and packing in a protective atmosphere. After a final inspection, the jerky is packed in displays and cartons. The whole process is performed under permanent veterinary supervision.
